Caddies Form

Please fill in the application and remember you need to be available starting from Monday, October 7th.

The Organizing Committee will name the caddies depending on the players’ requests.

  • Knowledge of foreign languages

  • For safety reasons, you are please requested to attach a passport photo (.jpg format) to be printed on your personal badge.
  • Max. file size: 1 MB.

  • In compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 , 2003, I hereby authorize the recipient of this document to use and process my personal details for the purpose of recruiting and selecting staff and I confirm to be informed of my rights in accordance to art. 7 of the above mentioned decree.
